Ben served as Vice-President with The Coca-Cola Company in account management, finance, and general management roles — giving him rare, first-hand insight into how the world's largest beverage company values, structures, and negotiates its fountain contracts. While with Coca-Cola USA, Ben examined every major foodservice contract negotiation on behalf of the President of the Fountain division. He understood the relative benchmarks, what terms were truly non-negotiable, and which concessions were designed to look valuable but cost the company almost nothing. Ben led the Foodservice/On-Premise division of Coca-Cola's most profitable market, Japan, overseeing relationships and negotiations with 400,000 restaurants, theme parks, and transportation venues — including Tokyo Disneyland, Universal Studios Japan, and every major international foodservice brand operating in the country. Internationally, Ben has personally negotiated contracts in 35 countries for several global brands, delivering hundreds of millions of dollars in beverage savings.
